  • Healthy individuals, any level with minimum or no experience of yoga.
  • A basic knowledge and practise of yoga postures and philosophy would be helpful however not mandatory. An open heart with self-motivation for learning would help achieve the objective of the course.
  • Yoga practitioners who have been doing yoga and want to become teachers.
  • One who want to learn the Indian traditional yoga, understand the Yoga way of life.
  • Participants need to comply with the ashram rules.

All the sessions during the course are taught in English.

This Yoga Teacher Training is multi style and will help you to understand the skills and technique to grow and improve self practice and also guide others in a safe manner. At Yogvit, Yoga Teacher Training program is designed on Indian tradition system. Yoga is a vast subject with many traditions and styles, one will learn and experience basics of each subject to cover all of the varieties

At Yogvit you will be provided with all of the necessary study materials and learning aids for the Yoga Teacher Training program.

To make the best out of the programme, participants are required and advised to attend all asana & pranayama classes, lectures, spiritual activities and meditation sessions.

Students are kindly requested not to engage in any other activities during course time. However , there are no lectures on Sundays and during the course students do have few breaks and advised to keep that time for self.

At Yogvit Yogshala we have yoga mats; however a new mats can also be purchased in the store nearby.

Yes, you do need visa if international travel rules and regulations require you to have a visa for the travel into India. Kindly Google for details of your local Indian Embassy website. A ‘Tourist Visa’ is easy to get.

We suggest you to travel light and purchase necessities here which are easily available in local market nearby. However it is advised to bring the following during your visit.

By Air:

Rishikesh is in close proximity of  Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport , a small, quiet and recently renovated airport. Jolly Grant Airport is well connected to Delhi with daily flights, probably the best way to reach. Yogvit Yogshala Yoga Teacher Training Centre from the airport is 35 minutes drive. You can book a cab at Dehradun airport prepaid taxi counter or else we can arrange a taxi for you for Euro 25 payable at the time of booking.

By Road:

Delhi airport to Rishikesh by car is also an option. It’s a 6 to 7 hours journey depending on traffic. You can book a cab at Delhi airport prepaid taxi counter.

By Air:

The Arambol Beach is a pristine and secluded beach in the North Goa and can be approached by a winding road through the groove of cashew trees. The best way to reach is via Goa International Airport more commonly known as Dabolim Airport. Yogvit Yogshala Yoga Teacher Training Centre from the airport is 90 minutes drive. You can book a cab at Dabolim airport prepaid taxi counter or else we can arrange a taxi for you for Euro 50 payable at the time of booking.

By Air:

The nearest airport to reach Manali is Bhuntar Airport, also known as Kullu Manali airport. Air India has regular flight from New Delhi International Airport. Yogvit Yogshala Teacher Training Centre from the airport is 90 minutes drive. We can arrange a taxi for you for Euro 50 payable at the time of booking.

By Road:

Reach to Chandigarh airport and then travel by taxi or by bus. It is an approx 7 hours journey.

Delhi airport to Manali by taxi or by Volvo bus is also an option. It’s approx 12 hours journey.
